  I did my teeth whitening yesterday, it was completely unpleasant experience, I waited for five minutes when I arrived there, I said hello and no one was responding, When I just started to fill in the online form, I asked for Zoom code which should be easily found on the package of whitening gel, But they gave me Tracy's name as zoom code. I cant't believe it. During the process, I was sitting in the chair, Tracy gave my phone to receptionist to ask zoom code without my permission . My phone case has credit card , ID and my private information, She just closed my door and took my phone to another room, I was super angry. Because I sit in the chair and blue light in my mouth, I could do nothing at that moment. Both Tracy and receptionist speak Chinese in a very very very rude tone. And the funniest thing is instead of providing me the "zoom code" , the receptionist girl keeps sending me message and force me to go to their clinic to get the package box and check the code myself. I think it is very very unprofessional. There is no customer service at all. There is no respect at all. Please see attached photo as reference. Zoom code is something you should provide to me. I really hope you guys can improve your professional knowledge as well as English level.
  
  I am very satisfied with Philip zoom.
  But really disappointed about customer service.
